This role will drive delivery of a range of marketing and digital activities, across big and tactical campaigns. You will be assisting in the orchestration of promotional campaigns across all our digital platforms (website, partners social media, blogs, banners, etc.). You will report to the Casino Promotions Manager and liaise with marketing teams across: Player Acquisition, CRM, Design, VIP & Social. This role is both operational and strategic in nature,and plays an integral part in delivery of the casino marketing strategy across all channels.

Responsibilities: 
  • Ensures campaigns are briefed and initiated to the appropriate internal and/ or external agency resource.
  • Coordinates multi-product, multi-media activity so that campaigns are delivered as planned.
  • Working with Casino Promotions Manager and CRM teams to ensure marketing and digital activity complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Working closely with Casino Promotions Manager to optimize marketing strategy to meet KPI's.
  • Responsible for all regulatory documentation and submissions.
  •  Working with Casino Promotions Manager to establish clear objectives and goals for each campaign, with subsequent tracking and optimization during the life of the campaign, with post-activity analysis and reporting
 
 
Experience and Knowledge
  • Marketer with 1-2 years’ experience in delivery of multi-channel, multi-site activity, planning and/or projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a marketing concentration.
  • Strong commercial acumen and as comfortable with numbers as well as talking creative concepts.
  • Good organization and project management skills, and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn with a focus on and interest in marketing, content, copywriting and communications.
  • Outstanding collaborator and enjoy having a lot of things going on at the same time.
  • Eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities.
  • Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required.


Desired (but not required):

 
  • Previous experience in building and executing marketing plans.
  • Good understanding of online marketing.
  •  Understanding of Casino industry
  • Experience working with CRM or CMS tools like Sitecore & Exact Target.
  • Knowledge of CRM strategies, tools and channels in an online environment.
