About The Role

GVC and MGM, two global gambling leaders, have joined forces to form an exclusive joint venture (ROAR Digital) with the aim of building the no.1 US sports betting and interactive gaming company. 

We are now seeking highly experienced, organized and results focused individuals to join this start-up, whom will be working with and influencing both parent organizations in addition to working with 3rd parties

This is an entry-level position where the ideal candidate is passionate about and the sports betting industry and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
The Omni Channel Marketing Coordinator assists the Regional Marketing Manager with the implementation and activation of omni channel marketing initiatives aimed at growing the sports betting business
Job Responsibilities 
  • Partner with Roar Digital and MGM Resorts team members to execute the tactical aspects of campaigns and communications
  • Fulfill BetMGM Sports acquisition and retention offers/incentives to ensure qualifying players receive bonus funds in a timely manner
  • Steer the execution of Omni Channel activations including on-property events, promotions, and brand messaging
  • Execute marketing efforts to assist with driving overall brand awareness, app acquisition and incremental play
  • Serve as a supporting liaison for Roar Digital to MGM Resorts property and corporate contacts
  • Assist in the creation of project plans and the implementation of select departmental initiatives and assigned projects
  • Evaluate marketing and activation efforts on an ongoing basis by interpreting data, identifying trends, and making actionable recommendations for continual improvement
  • Collaborates with Roar / MGM Resorts design and creative teams to ensure timely execution of asset creation
  •  Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Experience in one of the following fields: sports betting, gaming industry, interactive gaming, marketing, hospitality, or related field
  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Hotel Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working within a large casino resort
  • Experience in brand management, advertising, marketing or consumer communications for a large brand
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working as a part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to project management milestones
  • Demonstrated ability to follow direction and execute multiple projects with timeliness and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work products, with consistency, accuracy and completeness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Flexible interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts
  • Comfortable in collaborating with internal and external business partners
  • Communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms
