The Marketing Manager develops and implements marketing strategies that drive the success of Roar Digital in assigned markets. The Marketing Manager will maintain a strong and productive relationship with Roar Digital, property, partner, and vendor contacts.


  • Partner with Roar Digital and MGM Resorts teams to develop and execute campaigns and communications, overseeing creation of marketing plans that include strategies, measurable objectives, and tactics
  • Manage Omni Channel activation including on-property events, promotions, and brand messaging
  • Execute marketing efforts in assigned market(s), driving awareness, acquisition and play
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Roar Digital to assigned properties
  • Successfully manage cross functional teams without direct authority in order to complete large scale, long term projects, interacting with Roar Digital, MGM Resorts corporate and property leadership on complex implementations
  • Oversee creation of project plans and manage the implementation of select departmental initiatives and assigned projects; track and prioritize issues and ensures resolution
  • Evaluate marketing efforts on an ongoing basis by interpreting data, identifying trends, and making actionable recommendations for continual improvement
  • Research and evaluate new internal and external opportunities related to sports and interactive gaming in assigned markets, providing strategic recommendations to department leadership
  •  Perform other job-related duties as assigned


  • Five (5)+ years experience in one of the following fields: gaming industry, interactive gaming, marketing, hospitality, or related field
  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Hotel Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Experience working within a large casino resort
  • Experience in brand management, advertising, marketing or consumer communications for large brand
  • Specialized knowledge of multiple functional areas including marketing, loyalty, CRM, analytics, operations, technology, e-commerce, casino, finance, promotions, events, and compliance
  • Experience working with and leading project teams  
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Gaming Registration card and/or license in relevant jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to project management milestones; and initiate and complete projects
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects with timeliness and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work products, with consistency, accuracy and completeness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Flexible interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts and executive levels of the organization
  • Comfortable in collaborating with internal and external business partners at different seniority levels
  • Communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms
