About The Role

GVC and MGM, two global gambling leaders, have joined forces to form an exclusive joint venture with the aim of building the number 1 US sports betting and interactive gaming company.

We are now seeking an experienced, highly organized, technology Project Manager to help us deliver the many projects involved in setting up and operation of this exciting new venture. Main purpose of the role:

  • Leads, guides, coordinates and supports projects and project teams through managing day-to-day operational aspects of a program.
Key Responsibilities


  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet needs and requirements
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a projects delivering within scope, budget and time
  • Reviews deliverables including status reports and other project
  • Facilitates and guides the project teams effectively
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
  • Sets and manages stakeholder expectations
  • Effectively communicates relevant information to stakeholders and senior management
  • Inspires co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence
  • Complies with and effectively applies project management methodology and enforces project standards


  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
  • Manages the process of innovative change effectively
  • Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
Skills and Experience Required


  • Possess three or more years of experience in a project management role.
  • Possess significant technical and/or product management background.
  • Demonstrate hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders demonstrating a holistic business view.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
  • Display strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess a can-do attitude and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Possess a university degree or proven equivalent experience.
  • Managed large scale projects across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • MS Project


  • Possess previous experience in sports betting or gambling area.
  • Understanding of Marketing/Partnership management and processes
  • Affinity for technology
