About The Role

The Manager of Diversity and Inclusion will be responsible for developing, executing and communicating Diversity and Inclusion programs, plans and industry leading initiatives.  They will work closely with Executive Team and Diversity Committee in actions to ensure core values of diversity and inclusion are embedded in culture of ROAR Digital.

Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse team.
  • Identify organizations and affinity groups with which to partner to support candidate attraction.
  • Develop toolkits and best practices to equip our recruiting team and hiring managers with tools and resources aimed at ensuring diverse candidate slates and representation.

Talent Development and Retention

  • Partner with HRBP to improve talent reviews, performance management, career development and employee engagement tools.
  • Plan and deliver HiPo development program in collaboration with HRBPs.
  • Ensure incorporation of D&I research, strategies and scenarios are fully incorporated in training development, design and facilitation.
  • Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans.
  • Continually build knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion landscape and emerging issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Diversity Committee on calendar of events aimed at employee engagement around key Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to our executive team around D&I matters.
  • Actively engage with employees and create effective feedback loops around our D&I efforts.
  • Identify blockers, breaking down ineffective systems, and implementing practices to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion.
 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in Human Resources
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent negotiation and change management skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to partner easily with senior leadership and team members.
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
