About The Role

This role will drive delivery of a range of marketing and digital activities, across big and tactical campaigns.

You will be assisting in the orchestration of marketing campaigns across all our digital platforms (website, partners social media, blogs, banners, etc.).You will report to the Marketing Manager, Gaming and liaise with marketing teams across: Player Acquisition, CRM, Design, VIP & Social. This role is both operational and strategic in nature and plays an integral part in delivery of the casino marketing strategy across all channels

Responsibilities 

  • Ensures campaigns are briefed and initiated to the appropriate internal and/ or external agency resource.
  • Coordinates multi-product, multi-media activity so that campaigns are delivered as planned.
  • Working with Marketing Manager Gaming and CRM teams to ensure marketing and digital activity complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Working closely with Casino Promotions Executive to optimize marketing strategy to meet KPI's. 
  • Work with the Acquisition Team to drive Casino welcome offers & improve conversion rates
  • Planning ahead with the CRM Team to ensure full support of all campaigns via email, log in messages, push notifications & SMS
  • Promoting new Casino content and coordinating with the Casino Ops Team, Affiliate Team, social and PR teams.
  • Working with the Casino Product Team and input to their roadmap
  • Will maintain, edit and distribute cross-team, multi-state promotional calendar
  • Responsible for Casino player research campaigns.
  • Responsible for creating design briefs for the Creative Department.
Role Requirements 
  • Marketer with 1+ years’ experience in delivery of multi-channel, multi-site activity, planning and/or projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a marketing concentration.
  • Strong commercial acumen and as comfortable with numbers as well as talking creative concepts.
  • Good organization and project management skills, and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn with a focus on and interest in marketing, content, copywriting and communications.
  • You must be a proactive problem solver who learns and understands how to navigate internal stakeholder structure to resolve issues.
