About The Role

The AP & Treasury manager will be a key member of Roar Digital’s growing finance team and be heavily involved in building and maintaining new finance processes and controls focused on vendor and cash management. In this role the AP & Treasury manager will work closely with the Financial Controller and lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury functions. A successful candidate will exhibit a keen attention to detail, strong process management skills and the ability to work both efficiently and effectively in an ever-changing environment.Above all the candidate must be passionate about what they do!

 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop company policies, processes, procedures and internal controls relating to AP, AR & Treasury
  • Ensure AP and treasury operations comply with statutory requirements
  • Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems and drive issues to resolution
  • Manage and monitor processes for corporate credit cards and bank account access/authorization
  • Manage and administer all company bank reconciliations
  • Manage and administer cash management systems to optimize efficiencies
  • Monitoring daily cash requirements and complying with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with MGM & GVC global finance teams to install best practice
  • Work closely and develop processes with our finance shared service center
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller and the accounting team to complete month-end close
  •  Provide support on internal and external audit requests
Requirements:
 

Qualification & Skills

  • 5+ years accounting experience
  • Specific experience within AP or treasury functions (preferably both)
  • CPA Qualified with an Accounting or Finance degree
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
