About The Role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the BetMGM Brand is faithfully represented across all channels and in all scenarios.

 

This will include all promotional activity executed through various media outlets including TV, Radio, Press, Partnerships, Sponsored Events, Outdoor advertising...as well as ensuring the guidelines are followed on site, through digital, CRM, retail and social, delivering a consistent and powerful brand, both in tone and execution.

 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • Ensuring that the Brand Team and the wider business are fully conversant with and fully immersed in all elements of the BetMGM Brand and that they understand how the brand applies to their area of the business.
  • Accountable for providing the relevant materials to bring new starters into the BetMGM brand world and ensuring that existing colleagues are given ongoing refreshers on creative execution and tone of voice
  • Working closely with creative to ensure that all outputs are on brand from a creative and tonal perspective, including appropriate use of imagery, fonts, typography and tone of voice
  • Work with internal marketing teams, creative teams & external agencies to ensure that relevant campaign assets across TV, radio, digital, social and CRM are delivered in line with sporting calendar and that larger campaigns are planned far enough in advance to maximise commercial opportunities across all channels.
  • Responsible for working closely with the marketing / promotions team to ensure that the tactical delivery of promotions on a week to week basis are delivered in line with the core brand guidelines and pillars.
  • Responsible for working with the retail / Omni teams to ensure that the brand is represented consistently across all customer touchpoints
  • Responsible for the development of a suite of video content and associated dynamic assets to ensure that our CRM execution is always underpinned with the most relevant and engaging expressions of our product and feature portfolio
  • Responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of creative assets around the various BetMGM sponsored events including Football, Baseball, Basketball etc. to effectively communicate the BetMGM brand to maximise TV & Print exposure
  • Be aware of market, competitor and industry trends and offers to help the business formulate the most appropriate marketing messages ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do
  • Be aware of and understand appropriate legislation for relevant media channels e.g. Gambling Commission, Advertising Standards Authority, etc. to help ensure all activity is fully compliant
  • A key driver of refreshing the overall brand execution and tone of voice guidelines over time, to ensure that the BetMGM brand remains, relevant, contemporary, engaging and fresh
Experience and Qualifications 
 
  • Experience in brand management and campaign planning
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third party service providers Creative with eye for design
  • Robust internal stakeholder management capabilities
  • Articulate with strong communication skills
  • Highly organised and experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • An interest in sport and an understanding of betting & gaming will be an advantage
