The Customer Trading Analyst is part of the Sports Trading team and supporting the Traders in providing the best possible experience.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex data sets and processes in order to understand, identify and monitor key factors which can improve KPIs and drive the business forward.
  • Monitor betting and customer behavior across the business and provide real time factoring and stake limits of customer accounts.
  • Conduct research, perform detailed analysis and provide observations, insights and conclusions on the analyses and recommend solutions. Report back to head of sports departments in order to improve overall performance and efficiency.
  • Create, run and investigate specific analytical reports to target specific betting patterns or product assessment.
  • Dealing with queries from CS and Trading where involvement is required.
Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:
 
  • Role would suit a math graduate or like who has an interest in Sports
  • The ability to look at betting patterns and use experience and ‘instinct’ to initiate actions.
  • Individual initiative and drive to identify the right users for factoring as well as the ability to follow instructions on areas which have already been identified.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL programming code and Microsoft Excel would be an advantage.
  • Logical approach to problem spotting and solving.
  • An ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility with working hours and able to work evenings and weekends.
