The Risk and Payments Associate will analyze accounts that are brought to the relevant Risk Alerts and Fraud Reports, to perform fraud and risk investigations into deposits, cashouts, game play, chargebacks, and to take any relevant actions with these player’s accounts.
 
The Risk and Payments Associate will also correspond with members by email, with a view to prevent chargeback situations, verifying documents, dealing with negotiations, legal threats and settlement of member’s accounts.
 
This is a 365/24/7 job and full availability is required.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate accounts raised by on-going Risk procedures – for example from the Risk Alerts and Fraud Reports
  • Perform detailed risk analysis of all aspects of a player’s account
  • Deliver total quality service and to resolve customers complaints/issues in relation to risk and payment matters
  • Ensure all emails are responded to in a timely manner
  • Review identity and financial documents
  • Ensure all withdrawals are processed accurately as requested by the player on a daily basis
  • Deal with chargeback processing and reconciliation
  • Deal with the various Risk Alerts
  • Analysis of daily Risk Management reports
  • Additional tasks and projects as required by the Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager
Qualification skills and experience required:
  • Will to work on a 365/24/7 basis
  • Experience working in e-commerce payment, customer service or payment processing
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Articulate with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Great problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Good reasoning and analytical approach to work
  • Detail orientated
  • Hard, dedicated worker who can multi-task
  • Organisational approach to the daily workload
  • Computer literate in Office Suite & able to use in house applications
  • Knowledge of Casino/Poker/Sports and of e-commerce related fraudulent dangers
