About The Role

The Advertising Coordinator will support the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns for various broadcast, digital, and media outlets for multiple brands. They will be meeting with internal teams at BetMGM and outside agencies, preparing plans for media, working with creative team, organizing budgets, and negotiating the costs of advertising spaces amongst other tasks.

They will be part of the Advertising Team who manages  the consumer facing portion of the business and has a direct impact on what consumers think  and feel about our Brands (BetMGM Sports and Casino, Borgata Sports and Casino, Party Poker, Party Casino) whether it is a specific offer or a brand execution, we are the public face of the brands.

Primary Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support to advertising manager in the planning and execution of print, radio, broadcast and streaming advertising campaigns for multiple brands (BetMGM Sports and Casino, Borgata Sports and Casino, Party Poker, Party Casino)
  • Attend daily meetings/calls
  • Experience with working on TV commercials including updating voice overs, updating and trafficking isci’s, measuring performance
  • Work with creative team and project manager on briefing in new creative, reviewing with internal stakeholders, providing specs for deliverables and trafficking
  • Work with partnership team on leveraging team and league assets in our advertising executions
  • Work with promotions team to sync up messaging for radio live reads, print, digital out of home, and other executions where applicable
  • Assist in management of outside media agency and media partners
  • Own and manage radio scripts for our live read promotional offers
  • Create and manage tracker codes for attribution
  • Work with the social media and PR teams to leverage media
  • Sync up with digital team on messaging
  • Manage multiple projects with a high volume of deliverables
  • Prioritize what's critical at any point within a project and direct resources
  • Problem-solve when issues arise, bringing solutions to the table
  • Manage tight timelines, calendars, and meet all deadlines
  • Provide quality control, including proofreading (for accuracy, grammar, spelling)
  • Interface with compliance team to ensure with legal requirements
  • Traffic creative with accuracy (e.g. requesting tracking URLs, filling out trafficking forms, providing clear direction to media agencies, & approving preview links)

  • 2 - 5 years' experience in marketing or agency account/project management (advertising agency experience is a plus)
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and become a go-to resource
  • Translate marketing strategy into creative recommendations that drive business growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as advertising, marketing, or media
  • Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel proficient
  • General advertising/marketing knowledge
  • Social media and digital media experience nice to have
  • Knowledge or great interest in Sports, Gambling, Gaming and Poker
  • Great Knowledge in Pop culture
  • Team player
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Excited to be working in a start-up and a busy team
