About The Role

Responsible for the Gaming Products within BetMGM for all markets and all brands.

Leads on defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap and requirements in cooperation with the USA Gaming Commercial P&L holders as well as with GVC Product teams.

Executes a product strategy that will ensure our Casino, Live Dealer, Poker and Bingo products are the best in the industry driving sustainable revenue growth for the business.

Leads and develops a world class team of product managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product agenda and develop effective roadmap delivering the best in class product offering that will grow the business
  • Deliver and define product development strategy working with internal and external partners to bring games, tools and features to market at optimal cost and shortest possible time to market 
  • Jointly responsible alongside P&L owners for commercial relationship & contracts with Gaming providers
  • Co-ordinate the tactical and strategic product roadmaps to balance both short- and long-term business requirements 
  • Adeptly research and monitor competitive products, ensure effective gaming tools for retention & acquisition, make best external games available on the platform 
  • Manage the various suppliers and steer product development goals and objectives to maximize the return on investment 
  • Work with technology teams to deliver a world class product offering, ensure quality, effective and timely product delivery, understand and leverage technology to deliver outstanding products 
  • Work with P&L owners for all brands, communicate new product features, actively market new features in cooperation with the marketing teams, measure usage and improvement 
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to ensure stakeholders are fully involved in key decision making  
  • Champion and drive standards of customer experience and value to customers  
  • Provide development, coaching, objectives and goal setting, performance management and other people policies, ensure the team is motivated and productive 
  • Deliver operational efficiency through product automation where possible at every opportunity 
  • Encourage communication and collaboration across the business, teams and stakeholders, build strong relationships and develop cross functional cooperation 

    Education and Qualifications required 


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Degree educated; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related beneficial.
    • Working Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies in the supported function/business/product
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    •  Experience in online gambling essential
     
     
    Skills and Experience required
     
    • Has a passion for delivering the best product to our customers but will equally understand business processes, has an eye for detail and a flair for communicating ideas and potential solutions to the team and stakeholders.
    • Significant Online Gaming industry experience managing and leading at a head of / director level
    • Experience of managing teams in a matrix setup focused on delivery in a fast-paced environment with a large amount of stakeholders
    • Demonstrable evidence of influencing at senior levels of an organisation, the ability to get stakeholders’ buy-in into product initiatives and strategies
    • A proven track record of effective leadership and performance management
    • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders across locations
    • Understands the internal and external environments, how this impacts strategy and the ability to swiftly adapt plans as appropriate
    • The ability to plan, develop and deliver business improvements in line with agreed business strategy
    • Ability to work on several different activity streams concurrently
