AP Analyst

About The Role
The AP Analyst will be a key member of Roar Digital’s growing finance team and be heavily involved in all AP administrative functions such as but not limited to PO creation, obtaining approval and  processing employee expense reports on Concur.  A successful candidate will exhibit keen attention to detail, strong finance instincts and the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. Above all the candidate must be passionate about what they do!
  • Set up and verify new vendor requests
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to be the first point of contact for all payment related queries
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to complete requisition forms
  • Create and Edit purchase orders on the company procurement system
  • Monitor the purchase order approval flow to ensure timely approvals
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to receipt goods and services when appropriate
  • Work closely with counterparts at parent companies
  • Work closely with our shared service team in India
  • Ownership of the company employee expenses process
  • Provide support on any credit card issues
  • Provide support on any internal and external audit requests
  • Provide support to their direct manager, Controller, CFO and wider finance team with ad-hoc requests as required

Experience, Knowledge, Behaviors


Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance desirable but not required
  • Experience within a Procure-To-Pay (P2P) process
  • Experience in learning new systems
  • Strong Excel Skills
