About The Role

The Conversion Data Analyst will execute effective data analysis, data investigations and reporting to support the business goal of converting new customers and optimize conversion rate optimization across all channels and brands. The key stakeholders for the analyst will be the conversion manager, vp of product, head of risk, head of payments, and the heads of regional marketing areas.

The analyst will need to understand all aspects that effect the conversion journey: upper web funnel and product, customer identity, payments, and marketing offers and bonusing.  The ideal candidate will have significant experience in conversion optimization metrics in other settings.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand causes of conversion funnel performance to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue
  • Understand upper funnel – product journey, partner integrations, app downloads- appsflyer data
  • Analyze customer identification process – KYC (Know your customer)
  • Conduct deep dive investigations on the impact payment methods make on the conversion rate
  • Determine effect of different marketing campaigns on the conversion process
  • Develop company wide KPIs and reporting for conversion process
 

Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the digital space where customer conversion analytics has been a primary focus
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong BI tools experience and data visualization skills
  • Good understanding statistical analysis and A/B test analysis
  • Strong UX understanding of the conversion funnels
  • Strong experience with stakeholder engagement, be a business advisor and demonstrate business action
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Google Big Query experience
  • Strong experience with Analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, Apps Flyer
  • Python experience nice to have
  • Experience with multi- and omni-channel marketing
