About The Role
This role will drive delivery of a range of marketing and digital activities, across big and tactical campaigns on the BetMGM Sportsbook. You will be the operational orchestrator of the marketing campaign across all our digital platforms (website, social media, email, banners, etc.). You’ll work closely together with the Digital Marketing, CRM, Content Management & Partnership teams. This role is operational in nature and plays an integral part in delivery of the marketing strategy across all our channels.
 
Ensures that all our campaigns are operationally created and optimized through all our CRM marketing tools.
  • Coordinates multi-product, multi-media activity so that campaigns are delivered as planned across various stakeholders across the business.
  • Working with the Campaign Managers to establish clear objectives and goals for each campaign, with subsequent tracking and optimization during the life of the campaign, with post-activity analysis and reporting.
Working within the marketing and internal compliance teams to ensure marketing and digital activity complies with legal and regulatory requirements across all states.
 
Qualifications:
  • Marketer with 1-2 years’ experience in delivery of multi-channel, multi-site activity, planning and/or projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a marketing and/or sports concentration
  • Strong commercial acumen and as comfortable with numbers as talking creative concepts.
  • Good organization and project management skills, and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn with a focus on and interest in marketing, content, CRM operations and communications.
  • Outstanding collaborator and enjoy having a lot of things going on at the same time.
  • Eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities.
  • Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required.
 
Preferred (but not required):
  • Previous experience in building and executing online contact plans.
  • Good understanding of online marketing.
  • Understanding of sports betting and/or gambling.
  • Knowledge of CRM strategies, tools and channels in an online environment.
  • Experience working with CRM or CMS tools like Sitecore, Exact Target, and/or Optimove.
