As Executive Assistant, you'll provide pro-active, professional and client-focused support to our leadership team at a very high level. Ensuring the schedules  runs smoothly with everything organised well in advance, you'll be at the heart of the action, involved in all aspects of support.

  • Organise executive company events, sourcing venues, ensuring budgets are met and events are run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Assist the Board with travel arrangements for board meetings.
  • Assist with board report, liaising closely with the all teams to obtain information to complete board report in good time.
  • Monthly execution of expenses/company credit card charges.
  • Ensure all files are kept in an orderly manner and confidential documents are filed away or disposed of appropriately.
  • Admin support - document editing and printing/collation of correspondence.
  • Meet and greet clients and establish rapport with them.
  • Diary and meeting management - liaise with external/internal stakeholders to arrange meetings/appointments in a timely manner, being available and able to adapt to various time zones.
  • Arrange complex travel, creating travel itineraries and being available during travel times to quickly address any last minute changes or cancellations.
  • Personal EA duties to Leaders.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested , which can fall out of normal office hours.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous EA experience for several C Level executives
  • MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word - advanced level. 
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent. 
  • Highly organised and efficient. 
  • Works towards high standards of accuracy, efficient and analytical with an eye for detail. 
  • Flexible with working hours and available outside office hours. 
  • Able to work to tight deadlines. 
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion at all times. 
  • Courteous, friendly and tactful. Establishes rapport easily. 
  • Professional when dealing with Advisors, Shareholders and the Executive team.  
  • Ability to juggle priorities and has effective coping strategies. 
  • Possesses outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in decision making process. 
  • Resilient with a sense of humour.
