The Poker Analyst will assist with all investigations for the Poker product and daily Poker analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, track and monitor various fraud patterns as it relates to Poker and report to the Poker Team with any critical observations including:
- Money/Chip Dumping
- Collusion
- Bots
- Bonus Abuse
- Multi-Accounting
- Report on Poker performance daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Detect, investigate and be an analytical problem-solver
- Work according to set priorities and current business needs
- Provide regular competitive analysis on the current Poker market
- Report incidents, bugs and malfunctions affecting both external and internal processes to the Supervisor in a timely manner
Desired experience and qualification
- A minimum of 3 years in a poker related role, land based or online
- Thorough understanding of online poker required. Likewise, a thorough understanding of competitor offerings and assessing where the business is placed in comparison.
- An ability to remain focused and to deliver high quality work under pressure.
- Ability to identify advanced fraud and abuse patterns
- Sound and demonstrable experience with fraud analysis and investigations
- Demonstrate decision making and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical skills
- Must have a strong interest in Gaming and a vast knowledge of Poker
- You can describe a range of game variants, and the appeal of each type of play
- Flexibility with working hours and the willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in line with company requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel
